What is Twin Tiers - Dollar Saver?
This is the first all local shopping program that combines television and the internet.  With Twin Tiers Dollar Saver, you can buy merchandise and services for 30% (or more) off the price in the store.

A limited supply of certificates are available for you to purchase at a discount.  Each certificate is good for merchandise or services at local businesses.  We will mail the certificate to you.

When you present the certificate at that business, you will receive goods or services in the amount of the face value.

For example: Purchase a $50 certificate to Double Z Dry Cleaners. You pay $35 for the certificate (plus shipping). When you present your certificate at Double Z Dry Cleaners, they will accept the certificate as $50 toward your cleaning bill.

    Is buying online safe?
Safe sites like Twin Tiers - Dollar Saver use SSL Web Server Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. Geo Trust has checked and verified the company registration documents and the site's registered domain name.

This information is included in the SSL certificate that we issue. This enables you to check the site's validity yourself. Always check a site's certificate before entering any sensitive information.
